Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I dont think anybody did. It seems like there was some misinformation from the EU branch saying that the NA team would have live chat support today. Its kinda bothersome that they say they will be open on the weekend but really arent though. Can any SE rep comment on this?

Dude you're the OP of this thread. Are monitoring the thread at all? If you are can you at least update your OP with edits with some good info. This is a bit of your responsibility now. If you're not monitoring then we're screwed cause not many can go through these many of pages.

So this may sound dumb...
but did anyone else, fill out the form that mogstation points at, and then not get their ticket showing up under service center? i have the number written down, but theres no history on it.
Havent been able to get through by any other means, opened a ticket referencing the first ticket, that one got status. Seems the form page didnt recognize my SE account? Anyone else have this issue?
And to second a previous question.
has ANYONE gotten a resolution, that solely submitted a ticket, No calls, No Live Chat, No E-mails, just a ticket and a fix? Thanks.

So is there anyone here who didn't call or chatted live that got their ticket/issue fixed??? For now I haven't tried live chat nor calling and I'm just patiently waiting for my ticket to be resolved by itself. If there's no case then I probably should start calling or using live chat soon.

YES. My first ticket submitted on Wednesday Evening after actually talking to Live Chat never showed up in my support account. I have a screenshot of the browser with ticket number, but no evidence that it was received by SE (email or in my list of support tickets).

I resubmitted the form on Friday...but it sucks...

This is unfortunate news. Here I am trying not to jam the line and waiting patiently is the one getting screwed over. Oh well I guess it's time to join the thousands of angry mobs trying to get their ticket escalated.

Goodluck, I wasted an entire off day attempting to contact someone. I'm done doing it. I'll just sit back and wait for them to take the entire 2 wks I guess. I've got more to do.

Hmm. i just submitted today. *sigh* every aspect of this game post phase 3 has been nightmarish.
Really wish they could get this sorted bleh. Sorry to rant, 90k to 3102 to 1017 to dual service account.
