
This is unfortunate news. Here I am trying not to jam the line and waiting patiently is the one getting screwed over. Oh well I guess it's time to join the thousands of angry mobs trying to get their ticket escalated.

Goodluck, I wasted an entire off day attempting to contact someone. I'm done doing it. I'll just sit back and wait for them to take the entire 2 wks I guess. I've got more to do.
I'll keep them all up to date don't worry. I do still care and very much want to play, but I'm done with playing the customer support fate. It's not good experience anyways
Besides, in a couple days I'll have D3 to keep me busy whilst I wait.
Hmm. i just submitted today. *sigh* every aspect of this game post phase 3 has been nightmarish.
Really wish they could get this sorted bleh. Sorry to rant, 90k to 3102 to 1017 to dual service account.

anyone that didnt get a ticket, how did they respond, registered E-mail to account..?
To anyone who has got their account fixed: Is it okay to cancel the unused 2nd service account? It won't screw anything up will it? I have so little faith in SE account management, I dare not touch anything unless i get some confirmation.

Cancelling it just makes it inactive. But I don't suggest doing it. Just wait for SE support to help.
don't touch it. it was mentioned a couple of hundred pages back that the second accounts will either be rendered inactive or deleted. better safe than sorry.
