Havent been able to get through by any other means, opened a ticket referencing the first ticket, that one got status. Seems the form page didnt recognize my SE account? Anyone else have this issue?

has ANYONE gotten a resolution, that solely submitted a ticket, No calls, No Live Chat, No E-mails, just a ticket and a fix? Thanks.
I filled out a ticket from support and was given a ticket number, which I copied and saved to a .txt file........but after I did it, I checked if there was a ticket list, only to realize I wasn't logged into the FFXIV site when I filled out the form, so there WOULDN'T be a ticket list. To be honest, I haven't even received a confirmation email that I DID submit a ticket.
