Well since I'm a 1.0 player and can't get any actual help. I bought the upgrade, and I didn't get the 30 days. I'm going to have a fun time trying to contact support and get those 30 days from service account 2 moved over to service account 1.
Too bad most of us who tried to be proactive and do it before our EA ended got boned because they wanted to delete 'old' tickets. I'm sorry but if a ticket is escalated, regardless of its age, it should never just be deleted.
i chated with live chat Friday night also i closed all my tickets now that i am fixed so they don't get in the way of people that still need help :P
is it bad that i am in love with seeing 1017 again it is better then not being able 2 have the chance to log in at all lol

I submitted tickets days ago and still haven't had any luck. At this rate and the fact they are not working Monday means I won't be able to play for a while -_-
I thought submitting a ticket through the site they gave specifically for account linking issues would be resolved faster but I can't even tell if those tickets matter.
I called on Thursday and, after 4.5 hours on hold, managed to get in touch with a human being who not only walked me through creating a ticket, escalated it so I could get everything repaired. He asked me questions about my account and what I wanted (Account #1 activated with all my pre-order and CE items and account #2 closed). Well, its been 48 hours without a resolution. The ticket he helped me create? Closed after only 10 hours. My account is still broken. I've tried waiting in the chat queues, but never got in touch with a person in NA. I'm thinking account repair is totally random. They aren't doing them in any specific order. If they were, mine would have been fixed within the time frame as everyone reporting back here that it only took a few hours.
Being realistic, with the error 1017 problems they really have no motivation to fix these accounts and add even more load to their servers. I am not expecting them to be fixing my account any time soon. At least not until they have upped server capacity. I can't log in during normal play times anyway.

Yup, I submitted my initial ticket on Tuesday when I accidentally registered incorrectly.
On Wednesday, after several hours, I got through to Live Chat service and was told to submit the appropriate form and recontact Live Chat support, the agent then Disconnected without waiting for me to inquire further. I filled out the form and submitted.
Thursday I attempted to connect to Live Chat for 8+ hours with no luck
Friday I realized that my Form Ticket never showed up in my account. I resubmitted the form and another ticket request and spent another 8+ hours in Live Chat queue with no luck.
Saturday I've spent 5+ hours in Live Chat Queue with no luck.
