He asked me questions about my account and what I wanted (Account #1 activated with all my pre-order and CE items and account #2 closed). Well, its been 48 hours without a resolution. The ticket he helped me create? Closed after only 10 hours. My account is still broken. I've tried waiting in the chat queues, but never got in touch with a person in NA. I'm thinking account repair is totally random. They aren't doing them in any specific order. If they were, mine would have been fixed within the time frame as everyone reporting back here that it only took a few hours.
To be clear the people who have reported it was fixed within 24 hours have predominantly, if not elusively, been EU. Also when I discussed the ticket being closed with a Rep, I was informed that the ticket was closed because it had been escalated and accepted by another department. I am choosing to believe that right now because it allows me not to drink.
