White mages already lost almost everything unique they have, currently they just have Regen, Esuna (secondary effect only, the main effect is the same in every situation I've seen), and Stronger AoE healing (which isn't really unique but i'm grasping at straws here, that's how bad it is). You guys got cleric's stance after all your complaining, now stop complaining and learn to play your class, PROACTIVELY and stop trying to play like a white mage and you'll realize you're fine, you don't need more.
MRD, LNC, and ARC all have 5 cross-classable abilities. CNJ would have 6 (Aero, Cure, Protect, Raise, Stoneskin, Cleric Stance) but for some reason, SE implemented an arbitrary, unique restriction on Cleric Stance that prevents THM/ACN/SMN from using it (when they should be able to, based on the rules of the Armoury system).

And WHM has plenty of unique abilities. Medica? Stone? Regen? Divine Seal? Fluid Aura? Shroud of Saints? Presence of Mind? Benediction?
