Heals for Scholors need a buff

All fairy spells are autocasted and it cannot be toggled. Of course if I had the option to turn it off I would, this is what makes Eos borderline useless. At least with Selene you can place/heel her to keep Fey Light/Fey Glow up on the respective group members. Succor does not help when people are already low, yes you can cast one before and one after, but aoe is sometimes unpredictable. In cases where it's predictable, sure, Succor is fine. But when the timing isn't ideal and your raid all gets smacked down to 25% hp the only other tool you have is a LB. This is not going to work on a lot of fights, or rather, it can work but makes things a lot more difficult than it would be for a WHM.

I don't think SCH is terrible, in fact I think it's borderline OP in the presence of a WHM. But just a SCH alone is fairly underwhelming.

Put her on Steady, she won't cast anything but Embrace. Activate cooldowns when you see fit. Note that activating any of them will make her go back to casting everything, and forcing Steady in the middle of a cast will interupt it but still put it on cd, so when you activate one expect everything to be on cd, just put her on steady after that. Generally activate the heal buff first, she'll cast the aoe HoT right after with the buff bonus(and Rouse if possible), for a massive long duration aoe HoT. Also temporary Shell. It's a great anti aoe "burst" on top of Succor. Only works every now and then, but a lot of bosses seem to have a % based mechanic where everything goes to hell and you need a lot of healing, then it calms down, so it works fine.

Like I said, healing a 4 man as SCH is just making things complicated, WHM is more reliable and easy and you don't have to fight with awful pet AI/terrible pet bar. I'd rather just heal 4 mans as WHM and use SCH for 8 man content. I can as SCH, I ran my first several on SCH to learn the job, but since I already have 50 WHM I see no reason not to queue as it. Also, you can't touch anything on the pet bar while you're casting something, just another usability issue with fairies.

Hmm i don't know if it was said somewhere on this forum but Selene (support pet) can be controled. Just click on monster and use Obey command like you would with attacking pet and she will only aoutocast her healing spell allowing you to manualy use silence and spell/skillspeed buffs but i think she will cast her heals at slower rate (just get that feeling). From my experience it doesnt work on Eos (healing pet).
