    OMG OMG OMG, I got through. Change has been requested though now the agent wants me to stay in the chat till it's actually fixed instead of helping someone else. Soooo sorry about that to everyone else waiting in the queue.

    Oh sorry, should have mentioned that. I'm EU. Was #92in the 5/2 chat and decided to try the 5/3 chat and ended up as being 16th in the queue there so looks like the 5/3 isn't as busy.
