I'm #3 right now in the NA chat. Are you saying I will be at 3 for hours? I hope not, I work over nights and need to go to bet at 12:00..@ StryderOmega: Cerberus is an EU world, I believe, so I would imagine they are an EU player.(Not necessarily of course, since anyone can make a character on any world, but still)
Let us NA players hope the NA CSRs have their shit together when they open up at noon PDT today then and can fix us just as quickly. It seems pretty widespread now that EU CS is far superior to NA CS. I'm not sure how, but it just seems like EU players are getting sorted in a much more timely manner, whereas us NA players keep getting the no agent error, or escalated/closed tickets and then nothing happens.
I'm number 1 in the 5/1 queue and have been for an hour now. No one is at work at NA, of course, so my queue won't move, and I don't expect it to. What I expect to happen is, when they finally get in to work in 5 hours, I'll be the first customer they talk to, and they sort me out in <5 minutes like you EU fellas seem to be getting.
It is about 10am here but cheers still in the hopes that I get my stuff fixed in approximately 5 hours from now!
.....and right as I finished typing that line above, my number 1 in queue for over an hour turned in to no agent available and a disconnect. Refreshed to be 14th. Down to 13th now. It doesn't look like I can cheat the system like this afterall. Nuts.
