Apparently only the EU people work the weekends. Our NA counterparts are failing us hardcore over here.Got though on the EU webchat and they fixed my problem RIGHT away (they registered a new code to my old account instead of trying to merge them)! Apparently the escalation that happened last night didn't happen. Didn't get booted when I reached the front of the queue either, looks like now is the time to be trying the webchat!
