Got though on the EU webchat and they fixed my problem RIGHT away (they registered a new code to my old account instead of trying to merge them)! Apparently the escalation that happened last night didn't happen. Didn't get booted when I reached the front of the queue either, looks like now is the time to be trying the webchat!

Going to contact support in NA only gives you an email choice. A chat button to click on isn't there to start the chat. I'd just get dropped like last night anyway. Mother!#$!ers.
