they closed all the tickets. so I guess even the escalated ticket got closed.

My support ticket was closed but I was given a confirmation number for the escalation. I am about 14 hours into my escalation with no fix yet.

Call the UK hotline they open from 9am-6pm (GMT) so it should be 7pm - 4am AEST. The number is +44 (0) 870 6000 182, the whole call lasted 5 mins for me when I called last night.

So people don't have to trail through the thread.
