When I called in yesterday, well.. live chatted, they fixed my problem within 8 hours. But I called in the morning. (So around this time)
Okay guys, some clarification for the people that currently know nothing (Like me 20 mins ago)
I just got off the phone with a very nice service consultant (I live in germany) and she told me that all you can do is fill out that specific form that was linked in this forum a while back..
Then it depends on the volume of people experiencing issues until they get your stuff figured out. The trial will beginn with another 30 days, so even if they get it sorted out in 2 weeks, you will still have 30 days of actual play time. She also told me that you can start over on your second service account. But all your stuff will disappear as soon as they get their shit together and put the 30 days on the Service account with your player on it.
By the way.. if u have a hard copy, the hotline number is in the little information booklet.
Just to give everyone still waiting a bit of hope, my account has now been fixed. Raised a ticket (EU) on the 27th, escalated via online chat (EU) at 10am this morning and I've now received a mail to say it's been fixed (7 hours later).
Logged into Mog Station and everything has been moved onto service account 1 which is now showing 30 days play time as well as EA and CE items.
For anyone who hasn't heard back from their ticket, make sure you've contacted online chat. I think I would have still been waiting if I hadn't!

For those of you getting kicked off because your Early acess/trial days are done, you need to go to your spam email and pull your THIRD code from their and input it in mog station under add new platform. (NOT ADD NEW SERVICE)
