Did they close your ticket after it got escalated?Just to give everyone still waiting a bit of hope, my account has now been fixed. Raised a ticket (EU) on the 27th, escalated via online chat (EU) at 10am this morning and I've now received a mail to say it's been fixed (7 hours later).
Logged into Mog Station and everything has been moved onto service account 1 which is now showing 30 days play time as well as EA and CE items.
For anyone who hasn't heard back from their ticket, make sure you've contacted online chat. I think I would have still been waiting if I hadn't!

When you say "make sure you've contacted online chat" could you also mean phone them too?
And do you happen to recall what the status of your ticket was on the SE Support site during these times? Did it say "ongoing"?
I raised my ticket at 8am, phoned them at 9am, got through at 10am. I should be just waiting for a mail, right?

for a second when i logged into mogstation, i saw my char is in inactive, i feel happy, thought that they're on process fixing my char,,

No it isn't, they closed my ticket with the excuse *your ticket has been closed in order to prioritize time-sensitive issues being reported during Early Access*.
I sent a ticket in on the 27th and then got into Live Chat this morning around 10:30 this morning, my account got fixed about five minutes ago.

Guys try the above out please. SE is probably being spammed like crazy about this issue right now since everyones EA trial days have just ran out.
Well, seems to be halfway there. I actually got two emails telling me that my ticket has actually been received properly after the guy escalated it. Here's hoping they can fix it before they close up today. Will be checking my Mogstation quite often.
Btw-for those who had theirs fixed, how does it actually look on the Mogstation? Does it simply show the main account as Active again?
