I called at exactly 9am pst today. No busy lines, just a queue hold.
I got a hold of somebody at exactly 10:03 am. Had an agent ask for my ticket number, verified my account and my product key. He escalated my issue, gave me another support ticket number and told me to keep checking my account every hour and day. If it's not resolved within 1 week, he advised me to call them back.
Here's to hoping that my weekend is not completely ruined
Based on experiences, can I at least expect they fix it before 24 hours is over?
I also feel bad for people who are in line. I had both the phone and chat queue'd up. Once I got off the phone I cancelled my chat queue (Was currently on the 20th position). Bring someone 1 step closer to getting their account fixed.
