Mine got escalated 6 and a half hours ago. On the right hand side it says "In Process". On the left it says the ticket is in "ongoing inquiry - status: open".

Irrelevant and unrelated post, but does anyone else enjoy playing FFXIV naked?

this is ridiculous during registration i chose all the only options i was given..so still it decides to create new service and not register my early access account on ps3
So... does that mean I just wasted all of my waiting time on the stupid phone line? I seriously don't have time to wait for phone queue to fix this.
Really, this has to be one of the worst software/game supports in the history.

and this is after 2 hours ago they told me they are "escalating" my ticket.
It is actually a good sign they closed your ticket cuz people who got their tickets closed got it fixed within the next 12 hours
I can Completely agree I tryed to login to acct today after playing last night says i need to put in my 20 digit code and i do so and says in use like wth so i go to se site says active and im like hmmmm wat going on why can i not play
How do I check the status of my support ticket?
