
agreed, once the servers are more stable they might give us more time.Well then that was my bad, you need to show them that email if you still have it. But I still think that they will be more willing to help when all the server issues are sorted out and they can actually look through customer service requests carefully. It sucks to wait I know but it is what it is.
And I think talking juristic action is overblown right now... I can live without my Coeurl mount for a while as they deal with server issues ;P
