    Especially those of us who ended up with 2 service accounts while trying to add the CE code, because their site was not very clear (An issue they KNOW was a problem, given that they changed their website)... their answer so far has been "Try to get a refund." but anyone here knows... stores aren't going to be willing in most cases to give you a refund for an open game, or a digital product code.

    That's even MORE galling... at least I can try and get Amazon to work with me. They're usually pretty good about protecting their customers.

    This is NOT the right way to treat your 1.0 players...

    I finally got a confirmation that they received my initial ticket, 72 hours later. I'm waiting with baited breath to get my 'sorry, you need to buy ANOTHER key, after having bought 1.0 CE and 2.0 CE.'

    So very very sad.

    this is so stupid, i dont understand that point of SE treating their customers so bad... maybe its just the NA/EU customers that get screwed and all the JP players get anything and everything...

    There was an update on lodestone addressing this, there were way too many tickets and they needed to close everything 2 days old. Try sending in another one.
