nope, so far the only reply we have gotten is that this is how it was meant to be and that we should have verified prior to purchase if we could.

I did, back in June I contacted customer support to ask if 1.0 accounts could have an issue like this and got a reply that it would not be an issue.


There is a case of negligence and bad communication at least, bordering on false advertising.
