In this situation though the gamers would have to be able to prove that they weren't actively trying to fix the problem, which they are, so a judge would probably just throw it out.im sure someone could sue over some kind of false advertisement, or something of the sort. they may try to say they stated against the issue, when if they have it was no where for anyone to see, not on the product page. if it is there now it has just been recently added.
there have been crazier lawsuits that won before, but i doubt anyone here that is having this issue is someone that can afford a good lawyer xD
