not to mention those that purchased through their online site. as they have stated they dont accept refunds...Even if they don't want to devote any developer time to allow the adding of full retail keys, they should still do something for those of us who are getting screwed here, other than just saying 'Oh, the solution is to give us another $20.'
Especially those of us who ended up with 2 service accounts while trying to add the CE code, because their site was not very clear (An issue they KNOW was a problem, given that they changed their website)... their answer so far has been "Try to get a refund." but anyone here knows... stores aren't going to be willing in most cases to give you a refund for an open game, or a digital product code.
That's even MORE galling... at least I can try and get Amazon to work with me. They're usually pretty good about protecting their customers.
This is NOT the right way to treat your 1.0 players...
