Yes, YES it's about time and convenience and the market wards don't provide neither! I hate it so much that even if they fixed it to be like a real AH I'd still hate it because of just the name reminds me of the horrible mess it has been. I hate everything about it. The zoning, loading, zombie seller, the hassle, the guesswork pricing and the fact that it's so retarded.

Do us all a favor and never ever work in UI design:

1. Whatever you're saying ignores the fact that zoning to the wards is one of the biggest problems in the wards. (basically that they exist)

2.This actually a handy feature to have and is present in most AHs in MMOs

3.Yay not needed pop up windows! No, just no.

4. Stuff needs to be in the AH clean and simple I've got enough to worry about in my own inventory to worry about the status and location of my retainers is too much and counter productive to your whole idea's title. Also see #1.

6. A horrible idea an AH can gather people at certain locations and gives the world the feeling that it's alive. Like Jeuno. Imagine if nobody went to Jeuno to use an AH. *tumbleweed*

Again. I made suggestions you just shoot them down and do not supply your own. Which is a problem with this argument. People for the Wards are trying to make them better. People against them just scream "AH NOW"

No one said why. No one explains what specific AH system they want. No one is considering the fact it will DISTRACT FROM WORK INSTEAD OF JUST WORKING ON THE ALREADY EXISTING SYSTEM.

We don't need an AH, besides the only reason people want one is because other MMOs use it, yet people seem to dislike anyone wanting this game to be like say FFXI or any past FF games.

This is why the game is best left to the developers to make.

If you've read this thread then you know that about 50% of us DON'T want an AH. I agree with pretty much everything Cairdeas has said on the matter. Personally, I hope they scrap the AH idea completely after they finish whatever "looking into" entails on the roadmap. With the current system, it would simply be unnecessary and redundant.

I shall tip the scales for you!, put me in the "don't want an ah" crowd! The market wards, I find are just peachy. The retainers may need a little organizing, but its quite usable (and improvable)as it is!

Yet Yoshida already explained poll results are only a consideration and not deciding factor, AH want was actually far less of a want than other important things.
