    Have you tried reusing your code anyway see if it gives you a new one?

    If not I can give you a spare one I have somehow.

    Hey Bayohne, I never got the email, and still cant use my UK PS3 code. (EDIT: I have a UK code, I need an NA code :P and I have tried it recently, Im off to bed, and sadly wont be in EA because of this... :< )
    Ive been in live chat for days,a nd they disconnect me every time its my turn.

    Im yet with the EU code problem. Tried to generate a new one from internet explorer/chrome, cleaned evertything from browsers, used ipconfig/flushdns, changed everything on my account settings, restarted modem. But NOTHING.

    I send a ticket (Ticket Number: 2548969), and they just said that was fixed to try again, I tried but nothing yet. Please verify my account and change it to EU if needed, or just send me an NA code.

    same here still stuck with a invalid ps3 code says its incorrect or no longer valid now i tried to re register again since it states in the post now i get Error 1: There was a problem with your code. Please make sure you have entered it correctly. i have the amazon email right in front of me -_- $87.97$ spent and i don´t get a code which was included in that value and even when it did work i get the same wrong code some help here would be great i feel ya pain

    If your ever indoubt then contact SE support through their legit website to varify. In this case you already know the legit pre order site so don't use the link in the email and go there manually and re enter your code. If it tells you the code has already been registered then you know that email was fake then forward it to the appropriate SE department so they can look into it.
