This is a legitimate email that we sent out to a small number of users who were affected by the issue. If you received the email, but have already redeemed your code and gotten the correct early access code, you're all set!
If you got this email and got the correct early access code from the start, you're all set, too!

I just wanted to confirm that this is not a phishing email and it was only sent out to a small number of users.
Also, since the thread title may alarm some people, I'll be making a slight edit to it.
Have you tried reusing your code anyway see if it gives you a new one?
If not I can give you a spare one I have somehow.

Another thing to notice, it looks like S-Q employees are the only people who have cartoon avatars, everyone else has their character faces. Which is pretty awesome.

Im yet with the EU code problem. Tried to generate a new one from internet explorer/chrome, cleaned evertything from browsers, used ipconfig/flushdns, changed everything on my account settings, restarted modem. But NOTHING.
I send a ticket (Ticket Number: 2548969), and they just said that was fixed to try again, I tried but nothing yet. Please verify my account and change it to EU if needed, or just send me an NA code.![]()

If your ever indoubt then contact SE support through their legit website to varify. In this case you already know the legit pre order site so don't use the link in the email and go there manually and re enter your code. If it tells you the code has already been registered then you know that email was fake then forward it to the appropriate SE department so they can look into it.
