This is what this game needs, not some low level NMs or world bosses that spawns every 5min to 24 hours.

If the game has a lack of content from low-mid levels, people won't stay to experience the end-game content because they'll be bored, thus why people complain about Leves being the only real content of the game when it was supposed to just be one of the content types, which is why MMOs like WoW for example pushes you through the levels very quickly as they put majority of the content for end-game.
