I agree on everything but surplus.
While it doesn't affect me much if at all and it won't make me quit the game for sure, the way it's implemented now is convoluted and unconstructive.
It would be much more effective to replace it with a positive rested experience system benefitting everyone (casuals and hardcore alike, I'm sure many hardcore gamers go on vacation sometimes. I sure do).
You mean change the name Surplus/fatigue to Rested EXP/SP instead. lawl
Nope. Don't apply limits to how many SP/XP someone can earn in time, and give incremental but decaying SP/XP bonuses to people that didn't log in/play for a certain amount of time.
Amazing how much every post of yours lacks perspective. What made the game "fail" (big word, the game hasn't "failed" yet) is that it's been released unfinished/unpolished. Not that it includes some original (and rather interesting) concepts.
