Additional Jobs for the future, a graphic, need help.

Archer+ Ranger, Pilferer+ Thief are kind of the same so why have those jobs either? =P Gunner is a staple job for that weapon so atleast if your gonna use that as an excuse be consistant. A chemist like job would be nice to see. Could easily be a job for Musketeer, cannon user class or perhaps a gadget user class? Thief too could take up the mix command ala ffx though i can see that being a controversial move.

Wasn't an excuse, just my train of thought.

Nayito I must admit I'm a little confused at some of the combinations you have listed there.Are you throwing the requirements we have now out such as MAR + GLA =WAR because you have GLA + PGL = WAR; or are you saying the need 3 classes to get a job now.I think we should base everything off the current job requirements.

Not the requierments to get the job, but the classes that you can use abilities from. Each class can get abilities from all of the classes, but each job can get abilities from 2 classes. At least that how it was in V1.

Make Jobs their own, and classes build them. Stop restricting jobs, stop restricting classes.. Just finally separate them lol

Onto your point, I think you can certaintly build Samurai from a lancer class BUT Samurai MUST be able to use a katana.

If there is a Samurai who can't use a katana I will buy a plane, fly to SE office, 'land' my jet in their parking lot, and flip Yoshida's table, then I will buy a moogle plushie and swim back.

Nayito and I are just going to have to disagree about the Necromancer. :P Would NECs in FFXIV also retain their undead status from FFV, and thus take damage from attempts to heal them?

I was going for more a look/stype, THMs have more of a darker look, and it's kind a fiting with NECs. Geomancers look toooooooooooooooo cute hahahaha
