End game does not mean "Final Content" it just means something to do at the games current end. Then eventually NEW end game content will come out and so on as the game progress. Yes the community is stating they want "end game content" because we have all reached a point were the endless grind is just debilitating to the game. Most of the community is aware that Yoshi is planning to overhaul the battle system so when end game content is spoken of we all know that it comes hand in hand with him finishing his foundational updates.
no these are not assumptions. this has been stated before by people with square enix that the cap will be increased along with expansions.

once again it was a response to the you cannot add elite level content until the battle overhaul is done because they would have to restructure everything again. if they add any content, high or low, they will have to do the same. what is the difference? make the only people that still play the game leave?

that's not smart business in my opinion. i do agree with they needed some mid level mobs and am glad those level players got that content added for them. all i am saying, which people just want to overlook, is they are not the only people still playing. if you add 20 new mobs a few should have been catered for each group. i am not saying why weren't all 20 high level mobs. i am saying what would it have hurt to get 15-17 lower level nm's and 3-5 higher ones? that would have given lower level players stuff to do now and stuff to strive to achieve in the future.

just so everyone knows i am not saying hardcore content this and that i am refering to higher level players. the r45 to 50 group that does alot of parties and fights these mobs daily. i mean it would be nice to finally see a piece of nm gear or weapon for the mages. they have nothing either.
