    That is probably one of Fernehalwes, Eemeefu or Pinurabi if they were not using their forum aliases.

    My educated guess:

    Michael-Christopher Koji Fox = Fernehalwes
    Steven Reinhart = Eemeefu
    Kenneth Pinyopusarerk = Pinurabi
