The servers may be under maintenance, but I've taken a look at my video recordings and there was an extra line Noloe didn't quote. She DOES remember you.

Minfilia: Have I seen the bard Thancred?
Minfilia: Why do you ask, has he come here?
She simply hasn't seen you for a very long time. "Dear me, where did you come from?" - that sort of thing.
