Apparently Mhor Dhona will go back in time to what it used to be after "End of an era"
Multiple waterfalls , lush flora and the glowy green rocks/crystal on top of some type of base made of rock
better seen in this one
Now take a look at the 2.0 Artwork
again lush flora, multiple waterfalls and the rock/crystal things...some broken and some intact, that's the left side of the road and here is artwork of the right side
This is marked in the black shroud 2.0 map to be placed top right corner ...a position that would coincide with Mhor Dhona zone.
This leads me to think that Allag temples will emerge throughout Eorzea and it wont be the crystal tower alone...
Thoughts?

Yeah, Mor Dhona can finally recover and become what it once was with the aether flow finally becoming stabilized. As for being in the "top right corner" that would be towards Gyr Abania and the Garleans. Mor Dhona is west of the Twelveswood. It's either Gelmorra ruins(Gelmorra was underground and this appears to be above) or an unnamed ruin. I'm sure we'll have various ruins appear in 2.0, Sil'dih, Gelmorra, Allag, and other forgotten civilizations pop up. More Lore for us.
All the waterfalls are probably due to the impact of Dalamud causing upheavals and holes in the landscape. Looks amazing and I can't wait to go there. Also a lot of the 'healing' of the land could be because the explosions broke up huge chunks of crystals and all that crystalized aether returned to the aether flow and helped speed up the process.

Are these scenes that didn't make it to the 1.0 intro? or they will be shown later on? i would like Ferny to confirm this ...
our favorite adventurers except the miqo'te...i wonder why...
The Roegadyn
The Midlander Hyur
The Female Elezen (i like this one the best.. she seems sad and her clothes changed)
The Female Lalafell
And the new Miqo'te
Thoughts? speculations? what did we miss here? do you think they were going to show us the gang working together?

Just wanted to let everyone know the method behind my madness on this thread.
Very soon, I'll be officially kicking off my FFXIV Lore Compendium!
The ever-awesome crew at GamerEscape has agreed to let me set up shop for my project, a first-of-its-kind which I hope to go beyond the "trivia guide" style of most lore collections.
For every "event" in the game (quest, cinematic, etc.), I'll be creating a page that details it from start to finish, elaborating on all of the details and implications of these events, complete with citations to ensure accuracy (and when accuracy fails by any other means, I'll ensure that a thread exists somewhere on these forums to make the team aware of the ambiguity, as was this thread's purpose). In the off-time, I'll be doing my best to go back through all the wiki pages I've linked to in the lore guide and make sure they're up to snuff, but such a thing takes ... well, forever.
It's taken a hefty chunk of time to code all the back-end templates I'll be using and make a couple of trial pages, but I think I'm shaping up to be in a position where any future adjustments, even ones that look drastically different, won't take much effort.
Needless to say, this is a HUGE undertaking, so chances are I'll have to start building a team in the future that can operate to the same standards and rules as I. For now, here's a sneak-peek - the first prototype of...

About bloody time. I've been waiting a year for this. Got some questions:
Do we all get access, or is it just for Legacy?
Can you make sure the UI is the same as FFXI's wiki pages?
Do you really need an AMD Radeon™ HD 7970 to run it?
Have you a PS3 browser-optimised version going live simultaneously?
Is it new content, or just the text of this thread rearranged and extended into a narrative?
As a Legacy member, will Gamerescape be releasing an exclusive wiki skin for me to use with the page?
Is it still a better love story than Twilight?
Bacon.

Do we all get access, or is it just for Legacy?
Anyone who can view the wiki can view Loremonger, which means that not only are non-legacy members welcome, but so is anyone who has the internet or even just a friend with a printer! Loremonger has been set up in the Guides area of the Final Fantasy XIV wiki domain, both to keep the main area canon-exclusive and to give me some control over the content. This means that most content will be written just like a wiki article. This is great news for those who only have the internet sometimes, such as while at a Starbucks cafe or borrowing their nephew's iPad "for just a second."
Can you make sure the UI is the same as FFXI's wiki pages?
It depends on what you mean! For instance, if you're referring to the FFXI wiki domain of GamerEscape, it will look very similar, but attuned more to the format of the FFXIV domain for reasons that I hope are apparent. However, I realize that there's also the chance that you're referring to FFXIclopedia - because it turns out that a surprising number of people have absolutely no idea that GamerEscape's XI domain is run by the very same team that brought you XIclopedia, which they haven't touched since November, 2010 due to Wikia's ... less than delicate ... handling of some major issues, particularly UI. In that case, the answer is no.
Do you really need an AMD Radeon™ HD 7970 to run it?
That would be quite the overkill, indeed! Loremonger will be viewable on anything capable of processing HTML. In a first for Final Fantasy fans, Loremonger will also be available on Apple products, because unlike actual computer programs that require adjustments with every operating system update to remain functional (a problem solved by Microsoft with intense effort and by Apple with their revolutionary "F@%# it, we just won't support it anymore" approach), Loremonger automatically adjusts to any browser on any operating system. "What if I only have a 2006 MacBook that my parents bought me for college?!" I hear you asking, panicked. "NO PROBLEM," says the me, smugly.
Have you a PS3 browser-optimised version going live simultaneously?
Now, using the word "optimized" in the same sentence as the noun "PS3 Browser" might be controversial, but I'm willing to take the risk and say, "You're damn right, it is."
Is it new content, or just the text of this thread rearranged and extended into a narrative?
The first installment? BOTH. Future installments will be all-new information unless you memorized and understood the quest perfectly the first time, in which case it will still be a brisk and refreshing walk through nostalgiaville, overwhich I am currently mayor. Unfortunately, all-new content will probably not be making its way to Loremonger, as I received a rather decisive (and imaginary) Cease and Desist order from Square Enix on the subject of creating my own quests for their games. They've told me in no uncertain terms that even their respective item rewards are off the table, curbing the release of the long-awaited Chocobo-feathered Subligar and matching wrist cuffs.
As a Legacy member, will Gamerescape be releasing an exclusive wiki skin for me to use with the page?
Unfortunately, until the Legacy Member Authentication Protocol has been installed on all major browsers, we cannot offer this feature. The risk that non-Legacy members would use it in a self-aggrandizing effort to appear undeservingly dedicated to the Final Fantasy XIV community is just too high. In the meantime, I invite you to use this userbox on your GamerEscape userpage. Use of this box I can and will monitor, ensuring that any non-Legacy member caught using it will be subjected to a strict comeuppance (likely involving coal tar and snurble tufts).
Is it still a better love story than Twilight?
A better love story than Fifty Shades of Grey, even, with the added benefit of requiring no eye bleach.
Bacon.
And also with you, my son.
