Lol your hiding behind the NDA and asking for proof that can't be given. How bout you prove they weren't? People who got in won't post about it so all that can be gone off of is what our friends that got in say. Its the only proof there is either way. Could link me to an outside forum, with an acceptance email, and showing that the account it not inactive with any and all account info edited out, like character name, SE id, email address, anything, then the person would not get banned.

Also people are speculating that saying they are in the alpha is in breach of the NDA, this has never been officially announced.

There's a difference Between 5 people seeing an event happening than 1-2 other people seeing an event happening.

A Judge is more liable to go in your favor if you have Videos, Pictures, Sound recording ( or any other visual Proof then can go along with a claim). Your more than likely to win the battle in a Courtroom.

Witnesses have their uses, but their stories have to match with the evidence to be any use. Witnesses also show more of the story, let's say someone gets murdered, in court the witnesses story matches with the evidence, but they say "xxx has had a lot of people beating him randomly, I guess he just snapped, he's normally a really nice guy" then out come medical records that prove this story, the nice guy who just snapped goes to a psychiatrist rather than the chair.
