    Traditionally marriage was about trading land and bringing peace between waring people. They were arranged marriages and people usually never had the choice. I'm happy to see a shift in that way of thinking as we progress into the future, but there are still those with a rather unenlightened view of things. As with all things of this nature, we will drag them kicking and screaming into the future!

    I foresee this thread being closed soon for the exact reasons I posted a while back. Nothing new is being brought to the discussion and it is degrading into personal attacks.
