    In our society we generally punish something when we consider it harmful not when it is against nature by default.
    Two people loving each other and have sexual activity with mutual agreement are not harming others with their choice of life (unless they show what is classified indecent behaviour by law).

    Anything from dying one's hair up to gender change is also against nature but it is personal and causes no direct harm to another person.
    Peeping Toms don't affect anyone unless the victim (or friends of the victim) discover it.

    Perhaps planting hidden cameras in changing/locker/bathrooms should be sanctioned by law as long as the voyeur doesn't distribute the material?

    It's quite harmless after all...
