Difficulty is no factor. If you can kill it you can kill it again. It's not rare no matter what because everyone is killing it. Not 1 kill every 24 hours. 1 kill for every LS every 72 hours is a lot more added up.

So you don't want anything to be hard, you just don't want other people to have the gear you do? Given enough time a vast majority of people will have it anyway, deal with it.
