    When I did it, I paid a small fee and transferred over. Could only transfer once a month I think.
    Also pretty sure the code had a chance to work for each character you had.

    Currently you request a transfer on the SE account system pay them $25, your char gets moved from your old server to a new one that you chose, doesn't take long at all for it to get moved.
