This is a no vote. I dont want to learn all the languages that EU has to be able to understand minimal what alot of ppl say. I been playing in Aion EU servers and its ridiculous how ppl dont know english enough at all to entirely describe what we want them to do in certain events. There will be language linkshells and we'll be too limited linkshell~wise. So NO regional servers is my vote.

Um... I don't think you understand what regional servers means for FFXIV.

You can play on any server you want. There is no "lock" based on region. If you don't like EU servers in other games becaues people don't speak english, then just join an NA server. Everyone will speak english, and you'll still get a better ping than on the japanese servers.

Still voting no? Regional servers will actually help the situation in Aion that you were complaining about. The difference here is that Aion doesn't let you choose to play in another region's servers, whereas for ffxiv, you can choose to play on any server, regardless of the region. This is only about physical server location, not allowed/not allowed to play across regions.
