don't see the link between casual and dying to see how a mob detects you .Casual players can do that easily ...
For you in a perfect game you should have a lot of boring timesink ... i thought game was an entertainment !
It was Destroyed for the twitch mechanics of PvP, but yeah relax as the only MMO i actually enjoy playing is being thrown right out the window.
Being generally careful around mobs brings a realism to the game. Speculating what mobs look aggro, or finding that something is and having to fight it at the spot is entertaining to me.
Placing an indication that this particular monster is going to come after me if i go near it sounds ridiculous, and casual. I'm sorry its just how i feel.
Wynn Wynn Wynn..you're delusional. Rift killed off FFXIV, Tera killed off what was left of it and SWTOR is humping it's dead carcass.
You know this! There's nothing left for TES to kill after it kills itself off by being subpar.
I'd love to hear how the mob A.I was "Shit"
The agro mechanics were not buggy as Efts would never agro you if you stood still, Crabs would warn you before you actually got into agro range as well as wolves, some monsters would also shy away if you got too close.
Please, for the love of god don't talk like you know what your talking about when you don't. I've done extensive first hand studies on these subjects where your talking out you behind on a issue that are being adressed in 2.0. The only time sound agressive monsters would agro you is due to server lag like many other things where the server thinks you are in a different position or stance than your screen is telling you.
Efts did however agro if they bumped into you, sound agro or not. Now they just phase through you or allow you to walk allover them.
Is that really a upgrade from "Shit"? If it was shit before it's shit in the bottom of shit creek now.
Not to mention the most of the mobs themselves used to give a fair warning before they agroed you, that was removed with Mob AI.Being generally careful around mobs brings a realism to the game. Speculating what mobs look aggro, or finding that something is and having to fight it at the spot is entertaining to me.

yup that would be fun , but if you have to go from a pt A to a pt B and there is a lvl 90 monster , which the species only exist as 80 + lvls you are forced to stupidly die just to see if it aggro with sound or vision is just stupid .Being generally careful around mobs brings a realism to the game. Or use your brain and know that the level 5 version of that monster is agressive...it would logically follow that...
Or if it's the only one of it's kind, generally assume that it wants to eat your face and it's not going to shake your hand.
