Lol, just noticed in the more recent screenshot, the DRG is level 46 in full AF.

Yep, they stated it was to show it's a FF game by showing the iconic armor -- very common practice at least by SE, since in CoP screenshots everyone was in full AF even though Promyvion and Site A01/B01 were level 30 - 50 caps.

You do however have to visit the lodestone as the detailed versions aren't posted on any mainstream gaming/mmo website -- Therefore unless you actively keep up with XIV or visit lodestone, you've likely never seen the detailed (explanation) ones before.
