    I have never abandoned a leve only when it was too difficult, i go in a small group and we all agreed it would not be done, i have managed ok with exp. I agree there needs to be some more variety and some leves are rubbish but i don't want to do the same leve over and over and over...they should improve the leves. The only way around it i see if is they let you choose your leves instead of just giving you a random 3.

    I am 100% against removing the fail option, period.
    As i stated earlier it was added on purpose by the devs. Dont need a quote about the fact they did it, go look at the patch notes to see it.

    I am however, totaly for being able to choose form EVERY leve possible every reset instead of seeing random ones pop up.

    What they should do is make it so you have to complete the levequest. Pretty much do it like fov pages (since they are a glorified version) meaning you only can cancle a level at the source and its gone from your journal. Meaning you have to do the leves before you get new ones.

    Maybe get rid of the reset and just let ppl do guildleves. if they so choose. They did increase the sp on mobs maybe make leve mobs have similar sp to the other mobs in the area, just keep them leve tagged. That way no matter if your doing a level or just normal grinding you get the same sp on said mob levels range. But give bonus sp at the end = a bit more.

    And if you fail or cancke it, the guildleve is gone from your journal.

    ok well they could make it to where leves were not random I mean whats the point, just give us a list of all the leves to choose from, just make the reward random. Also people would still fail if sp was equal because people want to have the same leves as their friends so that they can leve link.

    i like the randomness to it because what was suppose to happen were once in a while a rare level will pop up with juice riches. It also makes sence with the lore. Guildleves are like merc tags. or bounties. You do the bounty objective you get rewarded. sometimes a rare bounty pops up.
    similar to crafting gathering guildleves are like work orders.

    Another solution to failing would be that when you "fail" a leve (be it ran out of time, d/ced or forcibly abandoned) you should get a reduced reward, in proportion to the amount of the leve that was completely before that and then count it as completed. Either way pass/fail the leve was done.

    levequests were suppose to be a fun activity, not something that the sole reason your doing is for sp. : / you guys like making mmos like work.... can't just have fun, you need to max out the most exp/sp you can per hour going as far as exploiting a fun casual activity.

    i like it the way it is too, or i should say i dont mind it

    but this topic keeps coming up for 2 reasons

    1) people want to dictate how other people play, and if they dont like how something is done, no one should do it(failing leves) (these people are turds)
    2) People who want to be able to do more leves, or choose from all of them every cycle instead so they dont have to fail(this is acceptable)

    The problem is that instead of being casual leves are the most efficient way to gain SP at the moment. For the most part party grinding has died out, hardly anyone does it anymore. People hardly go out anymore and just grind on mobs. People make static groups, meet a few times a week with the group, link their leves and level together for an hour or two and get nice SP. It's just too slow to actually grind on mobs.

    The whole dynamics of the game on how you are supposed to level are not really well thought out. People just found the thing that gives the most SP per hour and now do that.

    the sole purpose of leve quests is to give people that only have 30 minutes of play time something to do that nets a high reward. So really the sole purpose of leves is SP. And there is nothing fun about any of the leves they are all the same kill this, defend this, or collect this.
