So while they need to "cater to everyone they support" their dev team and primary holders are in Japan, they're based in Japan and have to abide by Japanese rules, much like Blizzard has to abide by American laws even if they have support in other countries.

So it is strictly prohibited to address same-sex marriages in a videogame in Japan? But it's fine to design sex games, right? ♪
