    Have you played DQIX? From what I've heard it's similar to that; an extremely deep RPG with the option for multiplayer battles/exploration at virtually any point in the game. The only real difference that I've noticed is that the online functionality makes opportunities for multiplayer much more common, as well as trading and such.

    So yeah, my money is on something like Monster Hunter. I doubt we'll see any real sizable updates for it, aside from disc-locked content being given out periodically. Which brings me to...

    It certainly is powerful enough. If PS3 will be able to run it then the Wii U will, that's just a fact. The real issue is going to be storage since, once again, Nintendo decided to go with a minor amount of flash memory as opposed to an actual hard drive. Granted that never really stopped SE from getting FFXI on PS2. An external hard drive is always possible.

    It's funny you mentioned DQX and then brought up the issue of low storage on the Wii/WiiU. As far as I understand it, you need some sort of external HD to play it. I'd assume the same would be true for XIV.
