Nope. in fact, my retainer is out of the wards more often than it's in, because I don't sell things very often.

That might also be the reason you think the system works and we don't need a "real" AH. It's not the case.

I tried to put my retainer in wards today. I tried every ward available in Uldamn and every single ward was full.
Even if they merge the 3 houses, the capacity problem won't magically go away. Retainers shouldn't be "physically" accessible when selling items. That way you can still sell anonymously, but there is no capacity problem.
