SE hates Mages?

- when you want to scroll down to 2nd or 3rd action bar, you press UP or DOWN and it toggle your target type and then you die because your action bar and target type was fu--ed up

Actually, I encountered the same problem too (and for some people's comment, the action bar was up and running and already in use). At some random (unpredictable), using up/down arrows will change the target mode instead of the action bar. I think this 'bug' should be adressed at some point.
Please don't tell me that I should use macros... It just hides the problem and I should be able to perform as I want (I like a mixture of both).

I actually had this problem before we were able to switch between the targets. I hated the new system and it would never let me subtarget in combat, healing was a nightmare. When I tried scrolling through action bars in mid combat half the time it would change the targetting and sometimes it would scroll action bars. Thank god I got the old system back though.
