BLM is not an enfeebling job, it's a damage dealer. It's not a bad job if it can't debuff the enemy.

The only spell that's useful, and it's only useful because there's no bosses that have a high Resistance to lightning? I swear most people who say Blm is too powerful are so short-sighted, just wait till bosses such as titan and Ramuh show up and see if anyone stacks blm/thm.
BLM doesn't need a nerf. If anything related to BLM that needs to be revised or at least looked over would be monsters/enemies elemental resistances/evasion.
umm ya it will. cut down the only thing it does make the job usless. Brd can dd and support. Blm can only DD cutting its damage from its already extremely limited spell casting. Then by right Brd shouldnt be able to DD at all it should only Support by your logic.

Alas. I won't lie though, when we get Musketeer and we start going through the nerf/buff cycle, I'm gonna be screaming bloody murder.
But quietly. In my head. And then I'll test out the changes and decide on my own whether I find it a big change. Sorta like what I did with Bard, and what everyone should do instead of panicking on the forums.
They should honestly just take Black Mage out, and things would be perfect in Eorzea.

BLM got a nerf when they introduced spell interruption on movement a few patches ago. This BRD/ARC nerf is pretty much in the same ballpark of significance... a minor almost negligible annoyance.
