Archer's nerfed? I didn't notice a thing lol, seriously did you complain without even testing it for yourself?

When executing WS as Archer/Bard, the recast timer for Shot will become active.

That's a nerf any way you want to look at it. It's nothing huge, but it's a nerf nonetheless.
