ich habe mich für dich bei unserem Account-Admin erkundigt. Leider ist es wie Seraphe sagt. Wenn eine Welt geschlossen ist, weil das Populationslimit erreicht wurde, kann man seinen Charakter nicht neu erstellen, auch wenn man ihn dafür vorher löscht.
I've checked in with our account admins. Unfortunately, it's as Seraphe said. When a world is closed due to its population limit being reached, one cannot re-create their character, even if it was deleted just moments before.

Wie ihr ja wisst, befindet sich Yoshida derzeit auf einer umfangreichen Geschäftsreise, was für ihn natürlich auch einen Tripp nach London in unsere Kommandozentrale bedeutet hat. Ich habe ihm bei dieser Gelegenheit natürlich euer süßes "Yoshi Fan Club"-Bild überreicht, das Akmis1984 hier gepostet hat. Er hat sich wirklich sehr gefreut.

ich habe mich beim Items-Team für dich erkundigt. Wenn es auf deiner Welt niemanden gibt, der dir mit den Zutaten aushelfen kann, wirst du die Schulterteile leider nicht mehr herstellen können. Aber vielleicht findest du ja jemanden, der noch welche im Inventar oder beim Gehilfen hat.
I've checked with the items-team for you. If there is no one on your world who can help you with the ingredients, you won't be able to make the (dated) shoulder-parts any more. But perhaps you'll find someone who still has some in their inventory or with their retainer.

Alle veralteten Gegenstände werden bis 2.0 aus dem Spiel verschwunden sein.
All dated items will be gone from the game until 2.0. (I believe she means recipes rather than the items themselves.)

Vorerst ist nicht geplant, Ausweichen mit einem Attribut zu verknüpfen. Somit ist momentan das Tragen entsprechender Ausrüstung der einzige Weg, diesen Wert zu steigern.
First of all, it is not planned to link dodging to an attribute. Thus, wearing appropriate gear is currently the only way to increase this trait.
