I think -10 from the rank of the camp is a bit extreme honestly. Personally +/-5 is pretty optimal from what I've seen.

So then the rank requirement for Bloodshore would be 15-25. You can still get decent SP up to 25 but no one in the group should be lower than 15 anyway simply because it's an R20 camp. Hell you can't even get leves there until you've got something to 13.

Considering leves at bloodshore open up at 13, the minimum should be 13 at the highest for that behest. Would not make sense to allow players to do that areas quests/leves and not allow them to do that areas behests. IMO

agreed. to me it should be the range of the camp +5 or -5. i know that is a big range overall, but as you are close to the area you will be there with groups and still be in range of groups in the area with your friends. i would not want to see them get left out, but as long as they are close i don't have problems with. what i don't like seeing is a r40 or a r5 in a r20 behest as those hurt the entire group not just themselves.
