At the end of the day, the most important question in video games and video games development is, "Is this fun or not?"
If the answer is yes, everything else is inconsequential.
Including tuning and balance.

Unfortunately, I don't think this process exists in their workflow when it comes to designing the green coded roles, whose sole purpose today in DF is to quickly pop the queue & look pretty while the tanks do their job.
I will admit that when paired with absolutely clueless healer in a dungeon can be an infuriating experience potentially. But IMHO the twisted sense of humour on display in such scenario is: rather than demanding said healer to learn how to do their job proper (which the game does, by barring their progression in that party) whether through communication (like an MMO supposed to function) or trials by fire, they done absolutely the opposite of that by sacrificing one from three major role in their own game while also stiffling communication medium. Most dungeons don't really need a healer to go through them and it's often faster to power through with a decent team of 3 dps and 1 tank, especially at capstone levels since we can outgear them so easily.
Been that way since Endwalker decided all tanks should have good self-healing and better dps output than healers.
Whoever decided Bloodwhetting should do a constant heal amount per hit and Inner Instinct should also have it really must've had a bad experience with a healer.
At this point I don't think both job devs nor their simps are strong enough to weather through "Bloodwhetting-less" era at this point now that they've tasted the forbidden fruit lmao.

As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.
I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess
All the tanks are reasonably well balanced for raid content and that's all that really matters to SE. They just don't care about dungeon balance beyond "Can all jobs do it? yes". Most jobs' AoE attacks didn't get a good balance pass until they added a Savage raid with a real add phase, after all.
Warrior is only OP at the game's easiest content
Warriors can't heal current endgame content this is a spurious argument. Expert dungeons are not endgame content they are a joke.
You can't use Nascent and Bloodwheting at the same time. Shake it off is not useful on a single target without burning multiple other cool downs, it specifically is a raid utility spell.
Warrior is good at keeping itself alive, this is a tanks damn job, but can only keep a second target alive if they and that second target play perfectly.
Everything they can heal with has a minimum 30 second cd so without already knowing the fights front to back and both they and the other player not making any mistakes they die.
Doing DPS IS in fact as much your job as healing is theirs. Every job has a secondary role of some kind due to solo content being a thing.

2. We already are DPSing, and even that is boring because our DPS kit is spamming 1 button.

As if endgame is the only thing that matters for how a job should play, especially when said endgame is pretty much exclusively Savage/Ultimates. Not to mention we've had no-green role runs of two Ultimates on patch already.

sometimes it feels like some Healers act like WARs and Paladins punched them in the face in how they post on here..

because they were not great during twintania so the devs made them good..... forever
