Then he's doing it wrong. My last FC, when it won it's medium, it had not one, not two, but 8 people bid on the house. Of the 10 bids submitted, 8 were my FC. A small only costs 3M. You get every FC member to bid on the same small, and your chances of winning go up exponentially because more bidders will also simultaneously discourage other people from bidding. As an FC, you have that extra advantage of numbers over individual bidders. Use it.

Furnishing is support for housing, not wards. I refer to getting new ward zones, further ward expansions etc.
Solo instanced housing would be too separate from the game, you can already see that with island sanctuary decorating. People can make some pretty nice looking areas on their islands but how much traffic do they get? Next to none. I'd rather they put resources into improving what we have.

Because, to be honest, you're gonna complain about whatever.Improvements plots get to be added to the instanced house. You want everything but the demo timer.

Like you are currently complaining that.You want a plot with all the amenities of a plot inside and out. While you've also said you wanted the demolition timer removed.

2 of the exact same housing systems, where ward users are indirectly subbing to keep it while youre able to leave for indeterminate amount of time. One person is paying money and the other person is asking for the ability to not pay while keeping their plot.

Cause you don't need a plot. You're have housing in the form of an apartment. If you are not happy with your apartment bid and get a small.

Your arguments typically don't even mention housing.In general it's just plots. Your issue isn't with partaking in housing.It's just the particular size of the house that you really concern with

The house I visited was Yuniko's fc house address...Emp ward 5 plot 22 if that was the only house I visited.... Yuniko doesn't have a room in their FC... Nor is there a book in the main house.. but I did leave a message in two rooms."Yuniko" wouldn't know I was ever there.. But that begs the question. Why/How do you know I was there?

That's fair, I found pretty decent success in Phantom myself! I wish you the best of luck!

So their advice would be my advice, as well - if you really, REALLY want a house with the next bidding cycle, you can game the system by switching servers and using the World Transfer function to still hang out with your buddies. That'll get you *a* house, probably 100% guaranteed if you're not being picky. But if you really, REALLY want a SPECIFIC house with the next bidding cycle, or want it WITHOUT moving servers, that's a tougher ask.

And that IS your choice to make - if getting any house at all seems worth those tradeoffs.

I PAY just as much, if not more, because im on the 15/m sub, than every single other person playing this game. why do *I* have to make concessions to get access to a system I AM PAYING FOR?

They advertise housing as part of the fucking game, so it should be available to ALL subscribers no matter which server or home world they are on! IF i have the money to pay for a large, i should be able to walk up, and get one, so i can enjoy housing.

saying "just switch home worlds" doesn't fucking work, because people have built communities and friends and are parts of active FCs but you want us to abandon all that instead of just telling squeenix to FIX THEIR BROKEN SYSTEM.
