Housing being available cause people left is fine? There was still housing available when the game was more packed, hell there was more cause they added more servers. Yet those new worlds houses took a long time to fill cause people didn't want to move, people had a huge chance to get premium property and ignored it. You don't care much about housing if you can't be bothered to server hop. In fact hopping DC and server being EASY and LITTLE HASSLE is what even causes people to cry in the first place regarding raiding and RP. And for RP in particular every server has things going on, on pretty much every DC. So what excuse is there to not hop about so you can have a house? None, lol. Cause you will be doing it anyway, because server hopping is easy and not a big deal to do.

The lottery is fair, you can pop in your bid and go do other things, each person has the same buying power of 1 bid per plot. With the placard you would be trapped next to it for who knows how long and if you dared stop spamming clicking sods law has that be the moment the house went buyable and you lost it. Boo hoo your FC leader lost a few rounds of bidding. Why is your FC not putting in multiple bids? If he was actually bidding on something with zero bids right before the period ends you would have had a house, solowing has shown as much. You wanting a pity mechanic becomes unfair, because then not every bid is equal. Getting an FC house is so easy I've done it three times and only lost a round of bidding once. Because I went for plots with 0 bids late in the lotto period.

I dunno what you mean with people like me wanting to upgrade, I have six houses in spots I am more than happy with. And housing mirage means I can keep my little cute cottage in a prime spot and still get the decorating of a mansion, it's a win win for me. I spent years going from no house to many houses and it took quite some effort. So I have little sympathy for people who are not content with what's there for them to take if they could only be bothered too. If people wanna be sheep and refuse to play anywhere else than Balmung or similar servers, that's their choice. Housing enouraging people to populate smaller servers is a good thing.

Solo instanced housing would be too separate from the game, you can already see that with island sanctuary decorating. People can make some pretty nice looking areas on their islands but how much traffic do they get? Next to none. I'd rather they put resources into improving what we have.

I would just stop going to visit places if they do instanced housing. I may very well be on of the few that do this but I enjoy going into a ward and walking around exploring peoples homes and how they've decorated.

I also willingly transferred from Materia to Chaos losing both 2 mediums and a large, knowing that my chances of having a medium in Chaos would be significantly less. I've lost out on probably 5 rounds of bidding, but that's because I'm being specific.

Again I would rather do the lottery than spend 48 hours clicking on a placard unable to do anything else. Just my preference.

If you are willing to move again within Chaos. Sagittarius is the least contested server for housing, followed by Phantom. In the case of Light, I believe it may be Raiden and Alpha? Unsure though.

Thank you! I'll have a look into that actually. It was *my bad* for not "researching" servers before I moved, just sorta found an FC on an alt and figured I'd plop my main down there.

Because, to be honest, you're gonna complain about whatever.Improvements plots get to be added to the instanced house. You want everything but the demo timer.

Like you are currently complaining that.You want a plot with all the amenities of a plot inside and out. While you've also said you wanted the demolition timer removed.

2 of the exact same housing systems, where ward users are indirectly subbing to keep it while youre able to leave for indeterminate amount of time. One person is paying money and the other person is asking for the ability to not pay while keeping their plot.

Cause you don't need a plot. You're have housing in the form of an apartment. If you are not happy with your apartment bid and get a small.

Your issue isn't housing its specifically a plot.

Your arguments typically don't even mention housing.In general it's just plots. Your issue isn't with partaking in housing.It's just the particular size of the house that you really concern with
