When Will Forked Tower be Fixed for all?

This is that type of weird thread where I somehow disagree with both sides of the primary argument here

OP is wrong for not even considering to attempt forked in its current form because forked is incredibly fun content that people should at least try

But the people opposing OP are also wrong for acting like forked in its current form is a net positive for the game and not the centre of the rot that plagues OC

I honestly don’t know what the right answer at this point is since they seem to refuse to consider a normal mode

I mean their answer is quantum difficulty that they seem to be going all in on. Scales easy modes to be harder, and scales hard modes to be easier. Quantum is gonna do it all! ...or at least that's the sales pitch. I guess we'll see for ourselves soon enough.

Doesn't solve any issues with the current forked tower, but I personally think it's probably too late to reignite interest in that content now anyway. The initial wave of excitement for OC has come and gone, and the first impression was not a good one.
